About

My name is Helen Stubenrauch, and I am a Byron Katie certified coach. I also have extensive training in working with children, a field I’ve been dedicated to for the past 18 years. My career has allowed me to work with various teams and numerous children, giving me a wealth of experience in understanding and addressing diverse needs and challenges.

Born to hippie parents and raised in the Hare Krishna movement, my childhood was filled with travel and life in different cultures, including India. This unique upbringing exposed me to a myriad of stories and personalities, sparking a lifelong fascination with people. From a young age, I’ve had a natural ability to make people feel comfortable opening up about their sorrows and needs. This innate quality, combined with my own life experiences, has driven my passion to support and guide others, particularly women.

Having navigated my own share of life’s ups and downs, I believe I possess a wealth of wisdom and practical experience to share. My unwavering commitment to spiritual enlightenment has provided me with the strength to face life’s challenges. On my journey for higher understanding, I discovered the teachings of Byron Katie and Neville Goddard, both of whom have equipped me with invaluable tools to understand myself and overcome the fears that once controlled my life.
